2.	2	Manitou (USA 143)	vs	Titan (USA 25633)	Manitou was to leeward of Titan at the start. Both Titan and Manitou were forced above the start boat by "Bad Habits" who was to leeward of "Manitou". Titan then turned down across Manitou's bow. Manitou could not turn down or they would have hit the committee boat (and Titan). Manitou tried to keep clear of Titan by attempting to take Titan's stern. Manitou and Titan colliaded.		Filed
