I have been sailing recently in a 48 ft X Yacht, J133, and even J105's. I dont fall off, I dont get sick, and I show up early for my shift. I can do a bit of everything. I like the mast, trimming spin, foredeck 2nd, but can do pit and jib trim as well. Where ever I can help, I can even boil water. Comments: I'm Alex, 34 years old and 165lbs. I've been sailing for 20 years and racing for 10. I'm a member at One15 Brooklyn Sailing Club (NYC) where I'm a trimmer on a J-80. I own a P18 (18ft Precision) and I used to be a trimmer on a Beneteau First 34.7 that races out of the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club (where I lived for 9 years). Also raced on a 5.8 Flying Dragon (a Chinese version of a Flying Scot), a Far East 26 and lots of dinghy racing on Omega's, 420s, Rhodes 19, Lasers and Hobie Cats. I’m ASA 101 Keel Boat certified.
