Comments: Looking to supplement a race team who needs an extra hand. I have more than 20 years of experience racing on keel boats as a group 1 amateur. Typical compete in 30 to 50 races per season, including major annual regattas and national championships. I have also logged 45 long distance races, 27 of these are a distance races of more than 250 nm. Most of my experience is with sprit boats – J/70, 88, 105, 111, Far395. Prefer spinnaker trim position but can work all positions…even just rail. Will be on-island as of July 29.

Comments: Grew up sailing at the VHYC, now a member at the EYC; (I'm a former member of the Manhattan Sailing Club as well). I've done the Mackinac Race, as well as two deliveries back on J-105s, and I've done the Annapolis to Newport on a 44 foot Swan - Cygnet, which I've campaigned several times, for instance in the NYYC's Annual Regatta. Most of my adult racing experience has been on various J boats, as well as the Swan. I'm 36, 215 pounds and played college football and Rugby so I can certainly grind, and am also happy to trim anything (other than being on the pointy end).

Comments: Hello there!! I'm looking to hop on board a boat for the around the island race this weekend (or anyone looking for a crew elsewhere for that matter). I don't have a whole lot of experience racing but I take great direction. I'm currently sailing first mate on Tigress (Edgartown charter catboat) part-time. I love sailing Herreshoff 12.5's in the yacht club races and previously worked as a deckhand on Schooner Alabama.
Woking towards my 100-ton master so any sea-time helps.
